Sous Chef
Qualifications / Experience Required
Ideally you will be a proven Sous Chef with good experience in a high quality kitchen, preferably up to 4 Star Rosetted level, and you should be flexible to work on all sections as required. You will be working in a brigade of 10 chefs producing the highest quality cuisine, using fresh, local produce and ingredients..
