Our client is looking for 2 customer consultants - one full time and the other part time to join their busy mortgages team based in Saffron Walden. You will be expected to carry out a diverse range of activities including: * Conducting non-advised mortgage application interviews over the telephone * Providing quotations to existing customers * Processing new accounts * Dealing with all enquires The ideal candidate: * Good numeracy and literacy skills * Previous experience of working in either a call centre / customer services role * Financial services experience would be an advantage although full training will be given.
