You
- Are willing to learn, proactive, hungry, aggressive, intelligent and have commercial savvy.
- Graduate, around engineering or computer science disciplines preferred but not essential.
- Have 1-5yrs sales experience in:
o Software development cycles
o Software services or custom development services
Your Main Responsibilities
- 100% new business – you will account manage only those you bring on. Accounts may also be handed over if you have particular market expertise.
- Products and Service
o Software services - applications management, applications development, performance management and eServices.
o Contact centre services - Inbound tele-services, outbound tele-services, web services and transition model
o Solutions Framework - Computer Aided Facilities Management, Protector+ and WebScribe
o Offshore & Onshore Services for the above
- Lead generation - There is an internal database to work from and a new business team that will feed some appointments. But it is your responsibility to produce your own business plan and execute this – and this will involve your own cold calling.
- 1st year target- £0.75m (booked 1st years revenues)
- Set order values – there is no average order value.
- High and diverse levels of contact, including managers, directors etc.
- Targeting general markets, including Financial Services, Utilities, Retail, Government and Public Sector.
