Our client is looking for an experienced individual to manage the efficient running of the Facilities and Estates Department Service Contracts - including the Catering; Cleaning; Reprographic, Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance etc.
Manage Contracts * Ensure all resident and regular contract visitors are CRB checked * Coordinate, collate and compile Contract Reviews * Prepare Tender and Contract documents and manage the process
Manage Financial Resources * Authorise invoices up to £5000 * Maintain budge spreadsheets and report expenditure to the Head of Facilities & Estates
E-Mandate * Manage the Emandate project and produce necessary monthly reports
Leases & Legals * Draft Leases, Agreements and Licences when appropriate

Additional Responsibilities * Respond to all complaints * Responsible for ensuring all Policies & Procedures are adhered to and update when necessary
The successful candidate will have: * Qualification in NVQ Level 4 or equivalent * Relevant experience in contracts/operation * Experience of Contract tendering including Official Journal of the European procedures and Contract documents * Budget Management * Staff Management
