PA to Head of International Office

Our client is seeking an experienced PA to provide comprehensive and effective administrative and secretarial support to the Head of International Office.

The Role:


*  To prioritise, manage and respond to incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications 
*  Diary Management, 
*  First point of contact for clients, colleagues and agencies
*  Organising travel schedules
*  Monitor recruitment events
*  Organise paperwork for all appraisals and probationary reviews
*  Compile monthly reports and data of international activities 
*  Handle highly sensitive information in a strictly confidential and professional manner

The successful candidate:


*  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*  Able to prioritise a busy work schedule
*  Methodical, well organised with precise attention to detail
*  Able to work under pressure to deadlines
*  Can work independently and use initiative
*  Must be able to use Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Email, and Access
*  Experience of Photoshop is an advantage  
*  NVQ Level 3 office administration (or equivalent) is desirable
*  RSA word processing (or equivalent) is desirable
