Your Assignment
- To identify, develop and close key opportunities for manned guarding and technical services.
- To interact and build long-term relationships with prospects and clients at top level.
- To present best value based propositions and solve key client issues.
- To sell a full range of services that surround the clients and grows their accounts.
- To present at Board level as preferred development partner and source of solutions.
- To work out of hours where necessary travelling to meet prospects
Your Specific Duties
- Home based, building new business across the North of England
- Achieve sales order targets
- Liaise with telemarketing supplier for effective communication and feedback
- Develop / maintain relationships for business opportunities with telemarketing supplier
- Monitor telemarketing activities and provide alternatives where applicable
- Be first point of contact with client on all issues
- Solve key client issues in building new and existing business
- Liaise on task management before quoting
- Follow up on all past quotes and appointments
- Identify new business leads, develop and feed to database
- Complete and deliver pre-tender questionnaires
- Complete and present tender documentation
- Contribute to and attend sales presentations
- Maintain relationships with all existing clients where business is active
- Convert existing opportunities to sales
- Prospecting, pipeline management and growth for short, medium and long term
- Sales planning, development, forecasting and management per ISO 9001 processes
- Fully detailed weekly updates and reports: targets, potentials, successes pipeline, sales, contracts, associations, memberships, networking possibilities
- Analyses of potential clients and competitors in all target areas
- Protection of all documentation and minimal commitment to laptop
- Maintain sales pipeline on ACT database
