Qualifications / Experience Required
We are looking for a Leisure sales professional with at least one year’s experience with major multiple operator at a similar level role. - Experience of managing a successful sales team – setting SMART targets for daily, weekly and monthly activity levels and conducting reviews. Understanding of basic selling process prospecting, qualification, touring, price presentation, overcoming objections, closing, and referral procurement. - Marketing experience to include examples of promotional techniques experience (e.g. news ads, direct mail, outreach, leafleting, referral), - An excellent communicator who is proactive in maximising sales opportunities.
