Your Assignment
- To implement membership sales procedures, ensuring targets are met.
- To ensure all new membership administration is smooth, timely and accurate.
- To maintain the highest standard of service throughout the Club.
You Responsibilities
- To assume a critical leadership role within the sales department through superior effort, dependability, integrity, honesty, initiative, professional appearance and behaviour.
- To review staff performance in accordance with Club policy and their KPI’s.
- To ensure your own sales targets and KPI’s are met consistently.
- To stimulate, create demand and build awareness for the Club’s services through advertising, publicity, community involvement events and other promotional activities.
- To ensure an accurate record of new members is kept and correct payments are drawn in respect of subscriptions via the Membership Administrator.
- To report on daily, weekly and monthly membership sales / money-back guarantees
- To assist the Sales & Marketing Director in the creation and implementation of advertising, corporate activity, mail-shots, direct mail, community events and outreach.
- To co-ordinate the follow-up activities that ensure leads are followed up and targets achieved.
- To collect and process data for assessing sales and retention success and assist with reviewing team performance.
- To communicate all sales throughout the club.
- To maintain club standards of conduct at all times
