Sales Administration Manager
The Role
The position is a key interface between the sales force, production planning and technical departments and it is essential that all work is managed in accordance with Company policy and procedures.
Responsible for the administration and processing of Customer Sales Orders and all associated correspondence (account portfolio that is not covered by the Key Account Managers). Supporting the Regional Sales Managers to process enquiries and support documentation. Maintain and controlling the Sales Departments responsibilities on Sage and Support the Commercial Manager to ensure the Sales process is adhered to throughout the organisations Holographics business.

You
- Customer service experience
- Good organisational and administration skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen eye for detail
- An excellent command (written and spoken) of Spanish or Chinese would be preferred
- Systems – Sage (preferably Line 500), Excel, Word, Outlook and a CRM package would be advantageous.
