Rolling Stock Trainer & Railway Operations Trainer
As a member of the growing Training and Competence Solutions Team you will work closely with other teams and have access to an unparalleled level of technical resource. This depth and breadth of expertise coupled with state of the art IT infrastructure enables us to offer a service of the highest quality in terms of materials, technical content, technical support, customer service and leading edge learning solutions.Reporting to the Training and Competence Solutions Team Leader, the work will involve:
- Developing training and competence materials
- Delivering training events
- Carrying out competence assessments
- Working with customers to develop solutions
- Providing technical inputs to proposals.
Key skills and experience required for success in this role include
- A good understanding of training and competence best practice
- An ability to work alone, use initiative and to deliver high quality work to tight timescales
- Possess excellent customer relationship building skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A good level of experience in their relevant field, i.e. Rolling Stock or Rail Operations
- National recognised Training and Assessor qualifications.
