Recruitment Manager
As a Manager you will be managing a team of more than three Consultants and be responsible for a sales budget. Preferably you will have in excess of three years experience within recruitment and will previously have successfully held a role as Team Leader or be in a position to demonstrate a successful period, in excess of one year, within a Sales Management role.
Reporting to: Director
Responsible for:
- Ensuring individual and department targets are met and, in general, overall divisional target is met.
- New business development
- Overall management of key accounts within your team
- Ensuring personal and team sales activity levels are met.
- Staff management, development and performance monitoring:
- Be the first point of contact for any complaints affecting the division
- Provide on the job training for staff as required
- Maximise positive impact of training programme.
- Attending and organising client and candidate events.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of competitor.
