Recruitment Consultant - Construction Division
A position has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant within the Construction Division in our Glasgow branch.
The role of a Recruitment Consultant is fast paced, demanding and diverse, with lots of challenges. A successful Recruitment Consultant will have the drive to achieve; ability to deliver results in a competitive environment; be self confident; flexible; persistent; and with great communication skills. The day to day duties of a Recruitment Consultant will include canvassing, managing and developing client contacts, and researching, sourcing and interviewing candidates whilst ensuring that your personal sales activity and targets are met.
If you have previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in direct sales then we would really like to hear from you. Construction sector experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
