Role
- To access participants employment goals, support needs and provide assistance, support and direction toward achieving those goals
- Manage a portfolio of participants, monitoring individual progression through the programme
- Act as the main support providing advice and guidance for programme participants
- Maintain a knowledge of the local employment market
- To meet targets as agreed
- Liaise with external agencies, colleagues and stake holders to meet the support needs of participants
- Establish and maintain relationships with employers and support organisations
- Update administration system ensuring it is compliant with program contract
You
- Experience in a advisory capacity in the employment/ training/ recruitment industry
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work to targets and deadlines
- Good IT skills
- Understanding of equal opportunity issues
- Holding or working towards NVQ Level 3 Advice and Guidance or equivalent
