You
Need to provide professional HR advice and support staff and managers to ensure effective development and implementation of HR practices. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Your Role
· Taking responsibility for HR - including the company’s strategic HR plan and co-ordinating all of the recruitment activity.
· Develop the HR strategy
· Establish and maintain systems in all aspects or HR practice.
Your Reward
· £25,000 - £30,000 p.a.
· Good benefits including health plan
· 23 days holiday
· Regular hours from 8.30am – 5.30pm
