Head Chef

Qualifications / Experience Required

Ideally you will be a proven Head Chef with good experience in a high quality kitchen, preferably up to AA Rosette level. You will be working in a brigade of 8 chefs producing the highest quality cuisine, using fresh, local produce and ingredients.
