You should be capable of sourcing exceptional produce and keeping GP’s in line with budget, managing your team to maintain consistently excellent standards across the board. You will have a can do attitude with excellent organisational skills and kitchen management experience. You must have proven knowledge and be able to provide first class references, with the confidence and character to work closely with the General Manager to develop the business and yourself personally.
