BMS Service Engineer / HVAC Controls

£30k - £35k Basic (Neg on exp) + Car or Car Allowance + Pension + BUPA + Health Insurance

Our client is a leading Building Management Systems BMS / HVAC Controls manufacturer looking for qualified Building Services Engineers who have an electrical background, or Skilled Engineers in PLC’s or electronics.

The ideal candidate will be required to service and carry out routine maintenance on leading BMS (Building Management System) controls, to perform small project works such as; temperature adjustments, programme uploads and HVAC plant diagnostics. Candidates should have a good knowledge of at least one major BMS manufacturer, i.e. (Trend, Siemens, Satchwell, Andover, Honeywell or Johnsons)

Candidates should have fault diagnosis experience (Including control panel fault finding) an engineering background in PLC (Programmable Logic Controls) or Electrical / Electronics Engineering. Or previous HVAC / BMS Controls experience. Ideally with 16th edition electrical certification.
