- A minimum of 6 years experience analyzing/processing market research data
- Strong analytical/numerical ability
- Ability to demonstrate a statistical approach to solving problems
- Line management experience essential
- Ability to develop, manage and drive a team
- Computer literacy and very good working knowledge of Excel and SPSS
- Good attention to detail
- Passion for challenges and own development

Your Role
1 - Analysis & Advanced Methods
- Producing analysis on data - correlation, regression techniques, cluster analysis,
conjoint, brand mapping - Provide and present the findings of analysis to clients
2- Administration
- To ensure all key communication documents / emails etc are stored clearly on network and in project files for use by others
- To write and update any working instructions for conducting tasks for use by others
3- Managerial
- Line management responsibility
- To manage and develop other team members as required
- To provide guidance and training internally
- To assign, schedule and supervise research projects and resources
- To co-ordinate the necessary resources
- To monitor team working environment and impact change for the good of the company
- To ensure all team members act in professional manner toward clients, suppliers and each other
- To inject leading edge thinking and direction into the analysis team
4- Sales support
- To assist with proposals and sales pitches to clients
