Administrator
A position has arisen for an Administrator to work in our Glasgow branch.
Reporting to the Group Admin Supervisor you will be responsible for:
Ensuring stationery stocks are kept up to date.
Ensuring all quality standards are adhered to.
Processing of Purchase Orders.
Secretarial support to a team of consultants.
Typing CVs, sub-forms, interview confirmations and all other correspondence
Answering the telephone.
Ensuring all external mail is dealt with and delivered to appropriate personnel.
Dealing with the media regarding placing advertisements, costing etc
Typing and creating mailshots/bulletins.
Filing, photocopying and faxing as required.
Reception cover as and when required.
Ensuring that company confidentiality is not breached and presenting a professional image to the clients.
Anything else that is required on an ad hoc basis.
