Psychometric Questionnaire
The Psychometric questionnaire is an objective and proven method for recruiters to select the right people for jobs, plus improve and encourage individual and team development. Psychometric assessments are not supposed to be used ‘alone’, but when considered alongside factors such as the candidate’s experience, education, plus first impressions and gut instinct from an interview, it can prove to be very useful in giving the recruiter a fuller picture.
