Personality questionnaire
The Personality questionnaire describes how people like to work and their behavioural patterns. These questionnaires may consist of two types of questions - ipsative or normative. In ipsative questionnaires, the respondent is given several options and needs to choose the option that is most like him/her and also the one that is least like them. In normative questionnaires the candidate has to rate on a scale the extent to which they agree or disagree with the statement given.
Based on respondent answers, the psychometric system generates a profile with general recommendations for maximizing his/her potential. Candidate profile describes their personal style, general characteristics, his/her basic personality traits, and the type of responsibilities most appropriate for this person.
