Human resources director at beCogent Jackie Lowe remarked to the publication that the company "truly believe that working with disabled people and those with health conditions to help them in the workplace is of benefit to both the company and the individual".
The firm is forward thinking in this issue and are constantly reviewing company policy in this area, she added.
