Recruitment made "easier than ever" by online sites

Online recruitment sites are making it "easier than ever" for employers to advertise vacancies, it has been suggested.
According to Talent Management, job boards and online agencies help with publicising job opportunities and can benefit managers.
However, bosses need to ensure that they are targeting their recruitment and getting the right people as some are finding that hiring for certain positions is difficult.
A study by The Adler Group found that 71 per cent of human resources executives thought "finding strong candidates for critical positions was a growing or huge problem".
To help with this challenge, companies have been advised to carefully consider candidate experience before making a job offer.
In related news, it has recently been claimed by Remy Piazza, managing director of CareerBuilder Canada, that online recruitment sites have helped six out of ten employers to fill vacancies.
