Orange launches sales talent and development programme
A new talent and development programme has been launched by Orange.
The telecommunications firm is reassessing how it trains, evaluates, coaches and rewards its staff using the Orange Sales Academy.
It is part of the company's sales transformation programme which aims to deliver outstanding sales performance.
The new strategy will include personalised training and development plus advice about career progression and the opportunities available to employees.
Orange also hopes to develop an effective in-house training team.
Jean Pascal Von Overbeke, vice president for sales and loyalty at Orange UK, said: "We are making a serious investment in our people and Orange Sales Academy reflects our desire to attract and develop the best salespeople."
