People who have a CV but need help to get it noticed during the credit crunch may want to invest in the services of one website.
Onrec.com reports that a 'pay as you go CV' scheme has been devised by CV Master Careers, where people can pay for help with producing a professional looking CV.
There are a number of different options available including CV design and formatting, layout, editing and proofreading. Prices start from £7.50 and it is claimed by the company that it is ideal for both new job seekers and the long-term unemployed.
Managing director Rachel Michan said: "By providing our clients with short bursts of concentrated effort, we can help them to really improve their CV and get to the next stage in their career rapidly."
Earlier this month it was discovered by Powerchex that many Britons lie on their CV to help them get a job, with the over 50s found to have the most embellishments on their applications.
