Manufacturer Hayward Tyler has launched a massive recruitment drive following a successful year for the firm.
The company, which produces pumps and motors for the power, oil and gas industry, is looking for skilled engineers to join its team.
Human resources director at Hayward Tyler Luton, Larry Redmond, described the drive as an "exciting time" for the firm, adding that the positions which needed to be filled were "important".
"One of Hayward Tyler's strengths is its ability to select and retain experienced personnel who not only bring real value to the business but who will enjoy all the benefits of being part of a growing UK based niche engineering business," he said.
Earlier this year, Hayward Tyler re-launched its apprentice programme which aims to train-up youngsters looking for a career in the engineering industry.
The four-year course sees students taking part in both skilled and academic training, with many going on to take up jobs in the company itself.
