Jobseekers who are fluent in a foreign language have a number of employment opportunities available to them, Euro London has said.
According to the organisation, there are a number of more unique jobs linguists can apply for because of their specialist language skills.
Linguists can choose from becoming a press conference assistant to a private jet sales executive, the body stated.
And an art editor or tour organiser - someone who books venues for concerts - are also options, Euro London added.
Rebecca Peake of Euro London Appointments commented on the growing importance of language skills in today's offices.
"With more and more companies operating in a global workplace, customers can be based almost anywhere in the world. Consequently language skills are becoming increasingly important," she noted.
Youngsters who learn a language now will be prepared for the challenges that will face them as the "business leaders of tomorrow", Ms Peake added.
One primary school in Redbridge is teaching its pupils phrases in 40 different languages.
